Summer student exchange (2-3 weeks)

My 14 year old niece who lives in Toulouse (South of France) would like to stay for 2-3 weeks this summer (ideally first two weeks of July) in a family that has a ~14 year old girl. She would like to have a complete immersion with an American family.

In exchange, she would then host the guest possibly this summer in August or at another convenient time for the family.
