Looking for furnished apartment weekly rental

I'm looking for a furnished apartment La Jolla or PB, near SDFAS.
From august 10. Rental on a weekly basis From 2 to 4 weeks- two bedrooms.
I will later look for a permanent place to rent. I can consider house sitting for the summer.
