Happy Weekend Nanny

My two beautiful children are looking for a friendly part-time live out Nanny.
My Daughter is 4 years old and son 3 years old and they go to San Diego French American School.
Friday –Sunday 9:00am – 6:00pm. (Not every Friday).
My daughter and son go to Preschool, but I am expecting my 3rd baby in July and need some help! At weekends.
My husband and I are Physicians, we are looking for someone to help me at home with the kids, tidy up and maybe help with cooking.. To start ASAP.
French speaking or Hindi speaking would be great.
(We are originally from England and live in La Jolla now)
